Today, EGRE is a cross-border real estate agency and advisory platform operating across London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and five mainland Chinese cities — Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xi'an and Chengdu. The firm advises private clients, investors, landlords and developers across residential agency, investment advisory, new homes and private-market real estate.
