EGRE was founded to address a simple problem: international private capital lacked an advisory partner that genuinely understood London property, Dubai property, and the flows of capital between them.
We are not a portal. We are not a volume brokerage. We are a small, senior team advising a deliberately limited number of clients on the assets, structures and decisions that meaningfully move their portfolios.
Our London office sits in the City at 1 Cornhill, alongside the firm's legal, accountancy and banking counterparties. Our Dubai practice operates from Business Bay. Our China practice spans Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xi'an and Chengdu.
