EGRE Ltd does not send, and does not permit anyone to send, unsolicited bulk or commercial email (spam) to advertise egre.com or any EGRE service. This applies to our employees and agents, and to any affiliate, partner, contractor or third-party provider acting on our behalf.

How we send email
- We only email people who have asked to hear from us, or who have an existing relationship with us as clients or property enquirers, and every one of them can opt out at any time.
- We never buy, rent, scrape or harvest email addresses, and we do not use third-party mailing lists.
- No one may send cold or unsolicited email that links to or advertises egre.com.
- Every marketing email identifies EGRE, includes our contact details and a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes are processed automatically.
- We remove bounced and inactive addresses and ask existing contacts to reconfirm that they want to keep hearing from us.

Enforcement
Anyone found advertising egre.com or EGRE services by unsolicited email must stop immediately, and their engagement with EGRE may be terminated.

Forward any email you believe breaches this policy, with full headers, to info@egre.com. We will investigate promptly.
